Pat Davidson, Sr. Vice President, Investor Relations

Patrick Davidson is Oshkosh Corporation’s Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, a position he has held since early 2017. Mr. Davidson is responsible for crafting and executing the Company's investor relations strategy, working cross-functionally with strong support throughout Oshkosh to educate and communicate with stakeholders regarding the Company and its strategies.



Mr. Davidson joined Oshkosh Corporation and started the investor relations function in 2006. Prior to his work at Oshkosh, he spent 14 years at Harley-Davidson, Inc. in a variety of positions including engineering, manufacturing, Asia-Pacific strategy, corporate purchasing and investor relations.



Mr. Davidson is an active National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) Sr. Roundtable member and recently completed a four-year term on the NIRI Board of Directors. He is an avid cyclist who rides to support the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and is a founding member of Oshkosh Corporation’s cycling team (OSK Chain Gang). Mr. Davidson also serves as a mentor for the Company’s Young Professionals Network, an employee business resource group.



Mr. Davidson earned a bachelor’s degree, with honors, in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned his master’s of business administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
